We promise that you'll be happy with your purchase and your time with Farmtrac Tractors. Shopping and returning things is easy with Farmtrac Tractors. Most things you buy online can be started online. If it's easier for you, take your return back to the store.
You have 30 days to return it.
If you buy something from Tractor Supply, either in a store or online, and you don't like it, you can return it to us with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date to get a full refund or exchange it for something else. All returns need evidence of purchase in order to get the right amount of money back.
Buy Documentation
If you buy something at your local Farmtrac Tractors shop, the receipt from the cash register is proof of purchase.
You need a manager's approval to return something to the store without a receipt or after 30 days from the date of purchase. If you want to return something without a receipt, you need to show a valid State or Federal ID. If the item is approved, it will be sent back for the current price of the item, and a Merchandise Return card will be sent to you as a reimbursement. The Refunds section will give you your money back for approved returns with a receipt that are sent back more than 30 days after the purchase date.
If you buy something online, the order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email will be proof of purchase.
Return
If you can show proof of purchase, the original form of payment will be credited back to you. If not, you will get a store-only Merchandise Return card or check.
Refund Exceptions
If you return an online item to a Farmtrac Tractors shop or the Online Returns Center, you won't get your original shipping costs back unless there was a mistake in delivery, damage during distribution, or a flaw in the product.
Farmtrac Tractors gift cards can't be returned or traded for cash or credit unless the law says they can.
Items bought from Farmtrac Tractors as part of a "FREE" promotion cannot be returned.
